VITI+ Terms and Conditions
Welcome to VITI+, a video streaming service owned and operated by the Fijian Broadcasting Corporation (FBC, we, us, or our). By accessing or using VITI+, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.
1. Overview of Service
1.1 VITI+ provides streaming access to entertainment content for subscribers using compatible devices and a stable internet connection.
1.2 Subscription plans grant access to specific content libraries and features but do not include pay-per-view events which must be purchased separately.

2. Membership Requirements
2.1 To use VITI+, you must
- Be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a parent or guardian if you are a minor
- Have a compatible device and a reliable internet connection
2.2 By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account information including a valid payment method.
3. Billing and Refunds
3.1 Payment obligations require you to authorize us to charge the subscription fee or any pay-per-view purchase to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
3.2 Refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase. You must not have consumed more than 10 minutes of content to qualify for a refund
3.3 No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods, unused content, or missed pay-per-view events.
4. Cancellation
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Cancellation of pay-per-view purchases is non-refundable unless explicitly permitted under Section 3.2.
5. Use of Service
5.1 Your VITI+ subscription is for personal and non-commercial use only. Content may not be shared with individuals outside your household.
5.2 You agree not to
- Archive, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content accessed through the service
- Circumvent any content protections, licensing restrictions, or digital rights management (DRM) systems
5.3 FBC reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the service for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Content and Availability
6.1 Content availability may vary by geographic location and is subject to change without notice.
6.2 Pay-per-view events are available for separate purchase and are not included in subscription plans.
7. Internet and Device Compatibility
7.1 To access VITI+, you must have
- A compatible device (refer to our FAQs for supported devices)
- A stable internet connection. Streaming quality may vary depending on your bandwidth and device
7.2 FBC is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or degraded quality caused by your internet provider or device limitations.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.
8.2 By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji for resolving disputes.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 FBC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or posted on the VITI+ website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 VITI+ is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
10.2 FBC is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
